    • ulcers that have recently changed size
  • common sites for neoplasms are the
    • skin
    • mouth
    • nose
    • larynx and pharynx
  • it is common for a head and neck cancer to present with metastases in lymph glands, but, is not usually associated with general malaise and loss of weight.
